Photo E 15k south of Bermagui, in soil, shale, spotted gum mature forest with cycad and wattle understorey,, in small group of three at base of tree, in deep leaf litter. Cap 50mm across, 20mm thick, plane, deep yellow ochre, dry, very finely fibrillose, margin irregular, gills ventricose, ochre gold, gill margin eroded, serrate, stipe with prominent bulb, dry, very finely reticulated, 45mm long, 5mm thich, 15mm at bulb, root like attachment to substrate.
