Unknown bolete ref 100402100. Detail of stipe flesh staining red. Cap about 200mm across growing on soil bank next to tree, Carey's Peak Walk, April 2010. This bolete has a red cap, yellow-red pores, and yellow and red stipe. The flesh is yellowish. The cap flesh and pores do not stain when cut or bruised, but the stem stains red.
