XLS file read snippet for Etomite

The following code is an Etomite PHP snippet for reading XLS (Microsoft Excel) files and querying them. It takes the argument XLSfilepath which is the filepath and name of the XLS file to be processed.

To use, save the text below as a snippet within Etomite and give it a name such as XLSReader. You call the snippet on your page with [ !XLSReader?XLSfilepath=path_to_your_file! ].
