Scutellinia aff. margaritacea
This tiny fungus is easily recognised by its orange cups bordered with eyelash like black hairs. (although you may need a magnifying glass to see them). It always grows on dead wood. Another similar species is scarlet coloured (S scutellata). The discs acan be from 2mm to about 10mm and have no stem. (Fungi of Southern Australia, Bougher and Syme, p 108).
