Russula heterophylla
This is probably Russula heterophylla, as described by Rinaldi and Tyndalo p148. It could be R. virescens, but the lack of a cracked cap with a grate-like pattern makes that unlikely. Only one specimen to date has been spotted, in the Barrington Tops area of NSW.
